  Please make sure you are not using any metal case or any case that is too thick as it could interfere with wireless charging, hence remove any thick case that you have on your phone to enjoy the benefits of hassle free cordless fast / quick wireless charging.

  You would also need QC 2.0 or QC 3.0 Enabled Power main adapter to utilise the functionality of fast / quick charging as using normal 1.5 to 2 amp power main adapter won't have enough power to support fast charging.
